RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF UNUSED PRODUCTS
Luggage purchased after 1st Jan 2025 can be returned and exchanged in 7 days on our outlets and online on warehouse address.
REPAIRING OF DAMAGE PIECE

Any fault or maintenance damage , part damage or parts expired can be repaired under 3 year warranty .

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DESTRUCTIVE DAMAGE BY AIRLINE OR ANY CARRIERS . AFTER TRAVEL PROPERLY INSPECT LUGGAGE AND IN CASE OF DAMAGE IMMEDIATELY LODGE CLAIM WITH AIRLINE .
